Refund Policy

Your subscription to Unsloppy AI will renew automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings or by emailing us at the address listed below.

1. 7-Day Subscription Refund Window

Subscription payments are eligible for a full refund within 7 days when the paid value has not been materially used. In the first subscription month, the one-time first-ever subscription signup bonus is used as the threshold only if that bonus was actually credited for the subscription. If no first-ever signup bonus was credited, the recurring monthly anniversary grant threshold applies instead. Every active paid subscriber receives a separate recurring monthly anniversary lump-sum grant for their tier while subscribed; refund usage must be less than 25% of that anniversary grant, not daily Ink multiplied by 30. To request a refund, email support@unsloppy.ai with your account email and the date of the charge.

2. No Refunds on Cancellation (After 7 Days)

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid features and Ink balance until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

3. Plan Changes

If you upgrade to a higher tier, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. Upgrade payments are eligible for the same 7-day refund window when usage since the upgrade or current paid period remains below 25% of the recurring monthly anniversary lump-sum subscription grant for the paid tier. If you downgrade to a lower tier, you retain access to your current plan until your renewal date. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

4. Ink Top-Up Purchases

Ink Top-Ups (50,000 Ink for $99) are a repeatable purchase — you may buy them as often as you like, and they stack on top of your subscription Ink. Raw lump-sum Ink purchases and Top-Ups are not covered by subscription refunds. Ink credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.

5. Ink Forfeiture on Cancellation

When your subscription ends, your Ink balance enters a 30-day grace period during which it is preserved. If you resubscribe within 30 days, your full balance is restored. After 30 days, only Ink (your signup bonus, monthly anniversary subscription grants, daily allocations, and streak bonuses) above your protected floor is forfeited, and generation logs are purged. Your protected floor is the greater of the free-tier 36 Ink or the total Ink you have through Ink Top-Ups — purchased Ink is preserved and never forfeited. See our for full details.
